10万台大功率充电桩启动建设,新能源基础设施进入加速期
近日,中国发展改革委、中国能源局等四部门联合发布《关于促进大功率充电设施科学规划建设的通知》,提出到2027年底,全国大功率充电设施力争突破10万台,推动新能源汽车补能网络迈入提质升级新阶段。
通知强调,以高速公路服务区、公交物流枢纽、中重型货运为重点场景,率先对节假日利用率超过40%的区域进行大功率改造,单枪充电功率应达到250千瓦以上。同时明确,新能源汽车企业自建的大功率充电网络原则上应无差别向社会开放,以避免重复建设,提升行业整体效率。
政策还提出加强技术创新与运营管理:鼓励采用智能运维平台,确保设备可用率不低于98%;加快核心器件国产替代与兆瓦级充电试点,加快推动“光储充一体化”和“车网互动”等新型模式落地。

The notice prioritizes highway service areas, public transport hubs, and medium/heavy-duty logistics vehicles for early-stage high-power upgrades, especially in areas where charging station usage exceeds 40% during holidays. It mandates a minimum charging output of 250 kW per connector and calls for non-discriminatory access to high-power networks built by automakers to avoid inefficiencies from isolated networks.
