在全球化推进方面,报告强调车企应从产品适配、品牌建设、渠道布局和全面本地化等多个维度发力,并结合不同市场特征选择整车出口、自建工厂或本地合作等方式。通过案例分析,报告总结了丰田、现代、特斯拉以及中国品牌的经验,提出了风险分散、坚持长期主义、注重合规及文化融合等策略建议。蓝皮书还提供了认证法规、市场进入模式等实用资源,以期为中国汽车企业出海提供全方位的指导。


 According to the report, after more than seventy years of progress, China’s automotive industry has established significant strengths in supply chain completeness, product quality, and advancements in new energy and intelligent technologies, laying a solid foundation for global expansion.

China’s automobile exports are now highly diversified, with Europe, Asia, the Americas, and emerging markets as key destinations. Among them, Europe—due to its rigorous standards and mature environment—is regarded as the essential proving ground for true globalization. To advance globally, the report emphasizes strategies such as product adaptation, brand building, channel development, and comprehensive localization, while selecting among export, local manufacturing, or partnership models depending on market conditions. Drawing from the experiences of Toyota, Hyundai, Tesla, and Chinese brands, the report advocates risk diversification, long-term commitment, compliance, and cultural integration. It also provides practical resources, including certification guidelines and market entry frameworks, to serve as a comprehensive guide for Chinese automakers venturing overseas.
